Mr Mark Caruso has extensive experience in all disciplines of mining, earthmoving and civil engineering construction earthworks through his generational involvement with his family-based contracting business. He has a proven track history of project discovery, delivering and financing projects from exploration through construction into operation in developing and emerging countries on time and on budget. He has been a Director of the Company since September 2000. He was previously the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Allied Gold Mining PLC (AGMP), responsible for the delivery of the Gold Ridge Project in the Solomon Islands and the Simberi Gold Project in Papua New Guinea. After a successful merger between St Barbara and AGMP in 2012, he assumed the position of Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mineral Commodities Ltd in August 2012.
MRC Managing Director, Iran
Mr Bahman Rashidi is an exploration geologist with over 20 years of experience in the international mining industry. He has been working with MRC since June 2016, and previously for a diverse group of mining companies in the Middle East, CIS countries, East Africa, South America and Australia. He has extensive knowledge of the Iranian mining industry and has been a key senior person in mineral property research and liaison with government and local communities. He is a member of AusIMM and AIG, a registered geologist of IMEO and a Competent Person as defined by the JORC Code (2012).

Dr Surinder Ghag is a highly qualified metallurgist with 21 years of broad experience in management and operations, project development from studies through to commissioning, business development and business improvement. His commodities experience cuts across copper-gold, mineral sands, tin and iron ore in companies including Consolidated Rutile, Ok Tedi Mining, Nautilus Minerals and Atlas Iron.
Marketing Manager, Industrial Minerals
Mr Sait Uysal has 15 years of foreign trade, international sales and marketing, cross-functional commercial, operations and management experience across multiple industries. He has extensive industry specific experience in the graphite industry. He started in the graphite sector in 2007 as a Marketing Manager for a small graphite operator in Turkey. His most recent role was with Syrah Resources Limited as its Global Marketing Manager, having joined Syrah in the initial stages of the Balama Project in 2012.
Mr Fletcher Hancock has extensive experience in mining, energy and resources sectors having previously acted as Legal Counsel for Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd, Corporate Counsel for Verve Energy and in private practice with the Energy & Resources team at Blake Dawson and Ashurst Australia. Mineral projects with which Fletcher has been involved include the Roy Hill Iron Ore Project, the Nicholas Downs Manganese Project and the proposed Mulga Downs Iron Ore Project.
